WE have about 150 olive trees, and the first press of the oil if called Virgin Olive oil, then the second is olive oil. We get about 9, 5 liter bottles of it.... We never use pesticide's and it makes a huge difference. (I think) The method used is called Cold pressing.
We make our own olive oil, and it's good to know what's in the bottle...
